About Gail Carter

My love for Real Estate goes back many years. Being a Property Manager for an exclusive Apartment Community in Chapel Hill, NC opened the door for me getting my Real Estate License. I worked for Coldwell Banker as a successful Broker Associate. In 2004 I moved to Florida where I worked as a Sales Associate for The Villages. I won several sales awards and enjoyed a lucrative association with the Sales office. Commercial Property Management was a focus for the experience in Commercial Sales and upper management.
All my experience has lead me back to Residential Real Estate Sales, my passion. Taking great care of my clients is my goal. Matching good friends with great homes and finding new owners for my listings. Assisting folks through the buying or selling process resulting in a smooth transaction.
